RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Ayizan Privè, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

RETURNS

We accept eligible return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed
Free from stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or other signs of wear
Returned with all original tags and packaging
In the same condition in which it was received

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and inventory reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items marked Final Sale
Clearance or heavily discounted merchandise marked Final Sale
Gift cards
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Items returned without their original tags
Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or other damage

Any additional product-specific return restrictions will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please contact Ayizan Privè customer service within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

Your name
Order number
Item(s) you would like to return
Reason for the return

Do not send merchandise back without first requesting a return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Ayizan Privè is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed and approved, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

EXCHANGES

Because many Ayizan Privè pieces are carried in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that another size or color will be available.

If you need a different size or color, contact us within the 14-day return period. If the requested replacement is available, we will provide instructions for the exchange.

REFUNDS

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Ayizan Privè.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled. If the order has already shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
